I am currently playing far cry 4 everything on low and i get 40-55fps and my CPU Usage is around 60%-64% and GPU Usage also i wanna know if there is bottleneck or i just need to get better CPU? But when i get 80-90 GPU Usage then i get around 130+fps

My rig is : ASUS R9 270 Direct CU II OC 2 GB
FX 6300 4.1ghz with stock cooler
8 GB RAM 1866MHz DDR3
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P

Also that just means that the current program or game you are using is heavily CPU intensive and uses your CPU a lot. So I guess you are right and you should upgrade your processor. Far Cry 4 is a fairly newish game I suppose.

Your CPU is low end but has enough cores and can be overclocked. Your ram is good. However your graphics card is the drawback here. I looked up some benchmarks on Tom's hardware here and found that it can get decent frames on High settings but out of all your specs it seems to be the drawback probably because of the V-RAM. You could try to overclock your settings. Try playing them on Medium-High. Also the GPU that you have is quite old so maybe time for an upgrade? I don't think there is a bottleneck anywhere. Most of the time you won't get a bottleneck that has such a noticeable impact unless, for example, you are running an Intel Pentium Processor with an Nvidia GTX Titan graphics card. Then there will be problems. But your components seem decently matched with the exception being, perhaps, your graphics card. Try going online and going to a website called CanYouRunIt.com to get an estimate about what settings you can run games at. Should give some feedback!

My friend have i5 4690k and gtx 760. He have much better performance than i even i have better GPU than him. So i was thinking getting i5 4690k or even i7 4790k beacuse i think my CPU is problem here. Look i have 144hz monitor and i dont even care playing games on ultra or high setting i wanna play on low getting 90+fps to get that refresh rate so i think i need better CPU

If you get an i5 or an i7 don't get it with your current GPU. Get a more powerful one. Your CPU is weak yes but good for your current GPU. I have an i5 4690k. Sorry I didn't mean to annoy you and was only trying to help. I have an i5 4690k/gtx 970 and that is a good combo for now until it becomes outdated. Look around on Amazon. You could just upgrade your CPU to an AMD 8350 because then you can keep your current motherboard. Then wait and get a GTX 1070 or the RX 480.

I am playing games like h1z1, Gta 5, Battlefield (3,4 and 1 when it comes) And that games are CPU Heavily. So i think best solution is to buy i5 4690k with Cooler Master 212 evo and overclock to 4.1 than buy RX 480 when it comes
