about core i3 processor

Currently I have core i3 2120 3.30 ghz processor.In future, i am planning to build a gaming computer.
My future pc specs
8 gb ddr3 Ram
Gpu around Rs 13k
500 gb hdd
600 watt smps
intel h61 express chipset mobo
So do i need to change the motherboard and processor for "noticable" gaming performence?just remember that i will be upgrading my pc after 1 year.

Yes, you will definitely have to upgrade to an i5-level processor and unless you buy an older i5 (i5-2400, or i5-2500, for instance), that would involve a motherboard upgrade as well.

Well you should by i5 because it has 4 cores and recently it became a requirement in gaming (Far Cry4, DA: Inquisition)

You might be best to do a series of upgrades over time. Your CPU isn't so bad, and people playing games on a budget often use similar CPUs. Your RAM is exactly where you want it to be. You should buy a good GPU, then when you have enough money upgrade your motherboard, and again later upgrade your CPU. You can continue to use the same type of CPU as your current one as there are really good upgrade options for you in it and it would help you to upgrade over time.
