its worth to change amd fx 6300 into a intel core i7 2600,i found it so cheap so idk if buy it, intel always better.

Between those two, how much do you need to invest in order to make that migration? The i7-2600 is above the FX-6300 but I'm concerned about the board as well as the rest of the setup. I think you should just invest in an entry level system with concurrent parts as opposed to duct taping a build together(no pun intended).

No, don't get a PCIe 2.0 system now when Ryzen 3000 with PCIe 4.0 is arround the corner... It will last you for several years as you are apparently on budget, and Ryzen 3 CPUs (except the 3600x) are much lower TDP than the i7 2600 (AND better), so also less electric bill costs.
