About explorer.exe registry calls (EnableDHCP)

Hello,

Does anybody know, why the explorer.exe process under XP, querys once a
second following registry path:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{1A4CAAB6-6F98-40CC-BBE3-69709890206E}
\EnableDHCP
\LeaseObtainedTime
\LeaseTerminatesTime
\DhcpServer

this is done for all interfaces in the computer!

I found this out with regmon

What do you care? If it read it into memory and queried that once a second you wouldn't even know.
