Question About fans, cooling and water cooler for this chassis

I have a chassis like this: https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811147227. My questions are as follows:

1. There are four fans, three (blue) fans in the front and one in the rear, right?
2. I want to install a water cooler. I can put the radiator on any of the four fans, right? PS, does the description in neweggs ("Radiator Support: ...") mean better cooling effect can be achieved by installing the radiator on any of the three front fans?
3. After installing water cooler, can other part of the computer like memory, hard drive and chipset still dissipate heat by fans?
4. Does the liquid cooling system occupy one fan? If so, will the heat dissipation for other part of the computer like memory, hard drive and chipset be affected (say have only 3/4 cooling capability)?

Put the radiator for water cooler INSTEAD of case fans as those are not made same way. Overall cooling will not be affected. Depending on cooler they may occupy place of 1, 2 or 3 fans.
