Hi,
i would like to know whats the reason why you can get more than 1280x1024 in flat monitors unless you jump into 20" where you can get 1600x1200.
Whats the difference with the screens in laptops? since there easily you can get 1400x1050.. i like high resolution, but i cant understand why cant i get at least 1400x1200 in 17" or 19" lcd monitor. It feels quite a waste of screen if the only thing that you get is bigger characters, icons or menus, when you get bigger screen.
Thanks in advance for the answers
Javi
Any ideas? anyone know the reasoning behind??
