About G-Sync on my GTX 660 OC

So the problem is that i do not see an option for G-Sync in my Nvidia control panel though i'm sure my Gigabyte GTX 660 OC has that. Now my question is, could it be the motherboard? (witch also does not have SLI...yea, i know...). My motherboard is : 960GM-GS3 FX. Thanks a bunch !

Yea i think that may be the problem. I can't find any G-Sync support on my monitor specs. Thank you for your answer (i am really taking into consideration in changing the monitor now)
