about gigabyte motherboard

can i use this Gigabyte GA-AM1M-S2H Motherboard (Black) with this AMD 3.7 GHz FM2 A4-6300 Processor??? with this mother board and processor will i be able to use my Geforce 210 graphics card too? if i use this board i wont be able to use core2 duo processor right?
