about graphics card

my processor is fx 8350 gtx 760 gpu, i have formatted my hard disk and i installed mother board cd. and finally i have installed graphics card cd.when restarting display is black. display is not working what is the problem.

Which window you use?

Works before you install card drivers but not after driver install? That would normally be a bad card that can not handle running 3d.
