if I use one 4GB 2400 MHz & one 8GB 2400 MHz Ram in Gigabyte AMD B450M Gaming mobo & R5 2400G .

1.will there any problem in dual channel memory?

2.will I get graphics performance as 4*2 2400 MHz?

3.will there any drawbacks due to different size of RAM?

Thanks in advance.

That's really not the advisable thing to do.

To answer your questions:

  1. You may get dual channel, but you are mixing DIMMS. This is a bad idea. Normally you will get a 2 x matched kit. Not one 8gb stick and one 4gb stick. The reasons are because if they are not the same brand, same model, same timings, same voltage, they are unlikely to work together. Add in that the extra DIMM you want to add is not 8gb means it's very probable it won't work. Specially with Ryzen's IMC which is very sensitive to ram.
  2. Maybe. If you got the 4gb stick and 8gb stick to work together, then dual channel would potentially give you a performance boost. However, what you really need is a 2 x 8gb matched kit of 3200mhz ram. This would give you a huge boost in iGPU performance. But be clear, the iGPU in the 2400g is good, but it's entry level. Yes, getting more ram will help, but getting a discrete GPU will help much more.
  3. Yes, see above.
