Can u suggest best graphics settings for my pc please,fyi my monitor is samsung led 22inch..... :|

The system can easily play gta v on ultra settings without lag but you might need a 16 gb ram if you have windows 8.1 64 bit.
Yeah and gta v only works on 64 bit systems

^ 16gb? It wont use nearly that much lol... 8gb and above is fine, 270x should be great considering you've paired it with a pretty great i5 CPU, so very high (Which is Ultra) seems very likely.

ultra won t work with 60fps. Check some benchmarks. The game got optimized to run at ultra 1080p 60fps on a 980. U propably running a mix of med to high to achieve 60fps.
