About Gtx 1050ti compatibility with ga-p75-d3 motherboard

So i have a ga-p75-d3 gigabyte Motherboard and i was thinking of probably getting a Galax Gtx 1050ti exoc white 4gb, is it compatible with my motherboard?

You should be able to drop in the GPU but I'm concerned about the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. Older PSU's can and will give out less power than a new PSU.
