about H61M-S2P and Memory frequency

i have GA-H61M-S2P rev 2.0
also i have these two RAMs
Team xtreem Dark 1x8 gb DDR3 1600Mhz
FURY Hyperx 1x8 gb DDR3 1600Mhz

everything is well and my system read 16.00 Gb ram without any problem but i'm asking about the frequencies i don't know does My MB support 1600 or just 1333 cuz i used Speecy and Cpuz and it shows that frequncy is 1333

but i read in official page of MB that it can use 1333/1066/880 and also 2200 ( oc ) so if it's can use 2200 why shouldn't it use 1600 ?

i read something about XMP thing that i should enable in bios but when i went there i didn't find it at all but find something called Multiplier thing which was put as AUTO and shows that my memory 1333mhz

i changed it manually to 1600 and then i checked speecy and found that it read 1600 well

so what i did is wrong or it actually support 1600 but i should do it manually

Xmp sets all of the ram settings for you but you can still set it manually. There is more than just the speed. It didn't say anything about profiles?

i didn't find anything about XMP or Profiles in the bios
but i raised it throught something called Sytem Memory Multiplier

it was set to Auto which was 1333Mhz i changed it manually to 1600

what should i do ?
and about my question does even my MB support 1600 at first place

yep that is exactly what my mobo look like but without XMP
it doesn't show there at all

btw i updgraded my bio version to the last version in 2014 ( Fic)

Well just do it manually then. Looks up the specs of the ram, hopefully they are the same. In advanced memory settings, you can set all the timings and voltage.

yep that actually what i did as i said before Multiplier thing i set it to 1600 manully
didn't check voltage and timing i just raised the frequency and it showed in Speecy after i restarted that it's 1600 now
i think i'll go with that
