About h81 motherboard

Hi there I wanna ask tha does gigabyte h81 motherboard supports intel quad core q8300 processor.
And also please sugesst me other mother board also with good onboard video memory. And must support ddr3 RAM. Thank you...

No; you need an AMD motherboard like the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P or the MSI 970 Gaming.

uhh you don't read well do you. he said a INTEL Q8300, which is a socket 775 processor. not any AMD.....
well anyways the H81 DOES NOT support the socket 775 Q8300 because it uses a socket 1150 and the bios does not support it either. you would need a 775 socket board for a Q8300.
what are you trying to buy or accomplish at the moment?

Sorry, then the OP needs a socket 775 motherboard like the ASRock G41C-GS R2.0 that can use DDR2 or DDR3 memory, but not both at the same time (he'd use the DDR3 slots) or the GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT; they are only new motherboards at Newegg.com that meet your criteria (socket 775 and DDR3).

OP, what do you mean by "... good onboard video memory."? The above motherboards include Intel GMA X4500; if that doesn't meet your requirements that would have to be rather basic, then you could add a PCI Express GPU.

And also I agree with him on this one. Also since the CPU is so old, eBay is a better spot to find old 775 boards. Those are WAAYYY cheaper than the new ones you can find and are a better deal. As of onboard, they should be close if not same. The best bet is to use a discrete card
