About Intel watchdog timer

I have seen this intel WD timer is mention in BSODs which i get when cpu is overclocked sometimes..what is this watchdog timer?is it necessary or should i remove it?if it is unnecessary how can i remove it?

Not sure how more direct that can be...sorry. Tells you what it is, where it is and how to un-install it. No you don't need it.
