Ive seen a lot of people say that kolink power supplies are bad and they wouldnt recommend it to anyone
My questions are:
Is there any reason?
Or is it just because kolink isnt as famous as other brands that make power supplies?
And to any people saying kolink is bad, did they ever own a kolink power supply or any kolink product?

I'm asking because i dont believe that kolink is bad as ive been using a power supply of theirs for over a year and its in perfect condition and i didnt encounter any problems with it yet.

Yes and No.

They've earned their reputation by offering some pretty junky units.

Plenty of "not so well known" brands offer good PSUs. Kolink isn't one of them.

They actually do have some good units. But...

They actually do have some good units. But those aren't the ones you tend to see people run out and buy, probably because if they have enough money for an Enclave or Continuum are probably more comfortable with getting something from Corsair, Seasonic, etc. So partly it does have to do with the brand.

Example:

Core Series: Undersized PFC circuit. Double forward. Group regulated. Sleeve bearing fan.
KL Series: Doube forward. Group regulated. Sleeve bearing fan.
Classic Series: Undersized PFC circuit. Double forward. Group regulated. Sleeve bearing fan.
Modular Power Series: Just a modular version of Classic Series

Enclave and Continuum are decent. LLC with DC to DC power supplies. But they're expensive, so....

So, there you have it four out of six of their series are not good PSUs. If the KL series had DC to DC or a rifle bearing, it wouldn't be so bad. But it seems like Kolink likes to make their offerings as cheap as possible, targeted at customers that only look at the total wattage number and the 80 PLUS efficiency.
