so i bought a seidon 120v cooler master im wondering what should i do should i max the fan speed on the controller ? or set it to some point or change something please help

I'm not sure I follow your question. Did you install the cooler in your system, and plug in the pump, fan and everything? If so then I would use something like speedfan to create a fan profile. It all comes down to your preference of noise vs cooling.

yes im done installing nevermind the stock speed of the pump was maxed out then the fan i put it on 75%
