Question About mhz and CL

Don't have the pc but this is the build i'll buy:
CPU: Ryzen 1600
GPU: RX 570 8gb
Mobo: Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600w 80+ White
Chassis: Sentey J20.
HDD: WD 7200rpm 1tb
Ram: well, that's the doubt. 8 gb (2x4) kit HyperX 2666mhz CL15 and 8gb (2x4) kit T-Force 3000mhz CL16 cost the same.
It's for gaming and only for it. Don't know what is more important, if higher speed or lower latency

There is no definitive answer, those are two different things so it depends on SW how they are used. That 3000MHz kit will probably work at 2933 MHz so it's quite close call and would make no perceptible difference in normal use.
