When I open task manager, I see a spike at 100% and the line or curves decreases to 5% is it mining. But My laptop does not seem to work a lot because there are no fan noise. I also realize when I google search my cpu increase to 63% and then back to 3%. But still no noise.

Is my laptop working properly?

The act of opening any program is, for that matter.

Switch to the Processes or Details tab and click "CPU" so that it sorts by highest CPU usage, then just keep an eye on it for a bit. See if any programs pop to the top of the list that you don't recognize. "svchost.exe" is Windows' internal program that runs all the backend services for Windows; it's fully normal for that one to pop to the top of the list randomly when sorting by CPU usage. If any programs with actual icons next to them jump when you're not actively using them, you've found your culprit.

When I opened task manager, I could see my cpu was 87% and then my cpu is 2 to 10.

It is task manager that is infact uses 32% and 13% system. Is it normal?
