About my potato "gaming set"

Hi there, I'm currently encountering an issue.
My fps is poor ( <50 in LoL ) but my Graphics card isn't working at 100% ( only 40%).
my specs:
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200
Geforce 210 1gb ddr3
4gb ram.

Is your CPU running at 100%? Your poor GPU can only render as many frames as you poorer CPU can feed it.

My CPU is working at 80-100%. If my CPU bottlenecks my GPU, can u suggest me a new CPU fit my mainboard??

Nothing will be enough better in LoL it's all single core performance and anything that fits your board will will be poor single core. You'd need a rebuild. For $200-250 you could get the guts to more than fill out your 210. G4560/b250 motherboard and 8gb DDR4 ram

The best you could get would be an Core 2 Duo E8600 or E8500

LoL has a potato mode. The devs even got it playing on a Pentium 4.

If you really want to improve your gaming experience, you're going to need to upgrade both your CPU and your graphics card. Personally, I'd start with the CPU. Here is your motherboard's CPU Support List. First, look at the column labelled "FSB". Look for Core 2 Quad and Core 2 Duo processors that have the FSB of 1333MHz. This will get you a better performing computer.
