can my power supply handle this set????

I must admit, I'm kind of confused about this AVR type power supply.

Most PC power supplies use an PFC type circuit, the only reason to have an AVR type is if you live in an area with a lot of power fluctuation.

Other than that, 500 watts should be plenty.

it's Elite / Powerplus 500W AVR. is it good for my set?

It's generic (cheap) but it will work.

I would be more worried about the fact that you're buying an APU but then you're also getting a dedicated GPU; it's kind of a waste.

AMD A10 is meant for low budget gaming, it replaces the need for a GPU (GeForce GT630 2gb 128 bit)

A lower price and better performance alternative than
- (AMD A10 - 5800k 3.8/4.2 Ghz Black Ed. FM2 ($129.99)
- (Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2($57.99))

would be the

(ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS ($54.99)
