about my router

hi someone has changed my router password ive phoned company and told them this that I can't accesss router they won't send me new router don't even work with default passwords they give anything else I can do as it's so week signal my neighbours seem to get better one than my household how can this be

Have your manual and setup utility handy if there is one and then press and hold in the reset button on the back of the router until all the lights blink off and then let go.
When they come back in, run setup making sure to change the password (for router adiminstration as well as wifi) to something completely new and write them* down.

Use two different passwords.
