about over using gigabytes

suppose if i were to overuse gygabytes on a tablet. what if the bar gets full? i can longer download anime offline?

When storage space on your tablet is full, you won't be able to download anything to it since obviously the download will have nowhere to go, you'll just get an error message.

You will have to uninstall stuff you don't use, and/or delete some pictures/videos if there are any on it.
If you want to keep pictures/videos, copy them to a laptop or PC, then delete from tablet to create some space.
