about power color rx 460

So idk if what happen in my cpu , if its on cpu or on GPU but i bought powercolor rx 460 and when i put the gpu on my cpu , my cpu wont work and when i remove it , it going back to normal is it on my cpu or in graphics card?

psu : 700 watts
ram : 4 gb
cpu : amd 6600k
 
*Before you try this, are you plugging your monitor cable in to the GPU itself or leaving it connected to your motherboard? Make sure you had it connected directly to the RX 460 before you spend time changing the default display adapter. If you already had it connected to your RX 460 and it was not working, then proceed below.

Remove the GPU. Turn on your PC. When it comes on, the first screen will be your POST screen, which will tell you to press a certain key to enter setup or enter BIOS. You have to press that key. You only have a couple seconds, so you may have to restart and try again if you miss it. It will be a key like F2, F11, DEL, etc.

Then you should see different menu titles. Look for peripherals maybe, and it default display adapter should be under that menu. You want to enable PEG or PCIE graphics/display so that you are not using the integrated graphics on your motherboard.

Yes and i remove the vga that is connected on my mobo same with the pcie slot that is connected on the motherboard.. still wornt work
