About PWM frequency in few laptops

Hi,

I am unable to dig out the following required info from internet:

What is the PWM frequency used in the following laptops:
1. GL62-7QF model by MSI.
2. Dell Inspiron 7560
3. MSI GP62-7RD laptop

A bit about PWM in laptops.

Briefly, PWM is used to indirectly give an impression of lowering brightness on many laptops.
As per the articles, an ideal laptop will be non-PWM, or with a very high frequency (20 khz +) PWM.

PWM frequencies are not mentioned in most laptop's official specifications, and the above 'laptopmedia' website has review of only few laptops.

Well, I thought I knew everything about laptops - NOT. 🙁

Am not surprised though, PWM to control brightness is more battery efficient and everybody want a longer lasting batt.

None of this helped you of course, I have zero idea what their frequencies are.
