About Search Articles

Hello~~
I want to ask..How come there had only a Search Articles on English TOM's Website ??
I can't find a Search Articles in other Language.
like Chinese Tradition or Simplifie....
Because without this option..It'll be very very hard to search an old articles....
Can Toms add Search Articles to other Languages Websites too ??
