No, as of now there is no Service Pack 3 or indications that one of that
name is being planned or scheduled.

Also no. No announcements have been made about any Service Pack
past the present one, SP2. Although it's reasonablteto suppose
that there may be at least one more Windows XP Service Pack,
there is not even any assurance that one will be released. If
there is one, it won't be any time soon.

There were rumours a while back of SP3 around the same time as Vista...next
year. Only rumours though.

Microsoft has officially stated that Service Pack 2 is the very last service
pack for XP. No change to that yet!

It is not sure if there'll be a Windows XP SP3 release. 2 months is a very few time, especially when SP3 Beta has not started yet.
