About SP120 Case Fans

for my 750D extra case fans (one on top and one on bottom). However, the system requirement says the motherboard with 3 pin connector. Now it confuses me. First of all, my motherboard has 4pin header. How could this run as PWM when it's 3pin?

It requires a minimum of 3 pin to spin up. It needs a mobo with 4 to pwm.
