There is the mobo's information and the VGA's information... Are they both talking about the same feeder from the PSU? Why such variation from each other?
the PSU is a Seasonic S12 II 620W, the VGA is a PowerColor R9 290X PCS+ (I5 7600K stock, gskill 2x8gb 3ghz 15-16-16-35-2N 1,35v)
I suspect my system is under-performing for some reason, then Im investigating.
