About the Asus 750 GTX TI for my pc

So i just bought a 750 gtx TI and i was hoping to use it on my pc but i have absolutely no idea if i can run it, i tried installing the card but no display came up, i think it has something to do with a 6 pin connector, anyway, will it be ok for this card ; https://www.asus.com/uk/Graphics-Cards/GTX750TIOC2GD5/ to work with this pc ; http://www.acerdirect.co.uk/Grade_A2_-_Packard_Bell_IXtreme_M5801_Core_i3_Desktop_PC_A2-PT.U6DE2.008/version.asp

It says on page 9 of your motherboard manual, that you have 1 PCi-e 16 slot, so therefore you should be able to run it, make sure that you have it in the right slot.

Are the fans spinning on the gpu?

Go back to the on-board graphics and go into BIOS and set primary graphics to PEG or PCI-E

As Tradesman1 said, you have to change the bios setting to use the PCI-E slot instead on on boad graphics

they might have disabled your mobo HDMI, they do this more often... int act case if u get no signal use a VGA or DSUB cable.

well i needed to plug it in the psu with a 6 pin, so that meant an entirely new psu, first time installing something like that and it all works now, so happy, you were all wrong lol

We over think stuff lol, you could send that 750 back and get one the models that don't need external power like the single fan models from Evga

its ok i just upgraded my power supply and it works with my card so imma keep it like this
