Yeah so I got this prebuilt PC a few months ago and only recently found out that the PSU might be a bit dodgy. I am running an i5-8400 and an RX 570 with it. Is it safe? People on the internet are saying it's a ticking time bomb.

NOPE, that PSU is NOT safe....That's a very low-end TIER GPU. Avoid at all costs ! Grab yourself some other HIGH quality decent power supply unit. This particular PSU model is not recommended for GAMING RIGs.

Edit: What are the full PC specs of your prebuilt computer ?

wait, so do you still think i must definitely upgrade my PSU?
It's not about upgrading, but rather changing your current power unit made by Thermaltake LitePower. This is not a vert trustworthy unit for Gaming, in my opinion. You shouldn't take any RISK, that was my whole point. Grab that ANTEC or some other high-quality PSU.
