About the third monitor

Hello,
I have 3 ports on my nvidia card 1 hdmi 1 vga 1 dvi.
I run dual monitors on hdmi and dvi ports for like 1 year and now i decide to attach third one on vga. But it aint happening. When i activate the third one the dvi mon stops and the vga becomes second monitor. Im usin Actual Multiple monitors and i tried all the options. What am I missing?

What model video card? It may not support 3 monitors at once.
