About this case

a week a go I bought this system
I got this case Galaxy 3 Modern Midi Tower Case
with these specs

Case : Galaxy 3 Modern Midi Tower Case
Power Supply : 500 Watt With Power Cable Supplied
Motherboard : Gigabyte H81M-H
CPU : Intel I5 4460 4th Gen Quad Core 3.2Ghz CPU (3.4Ghz Turbo)
Hard Drive : 1tb Sata Hard Drive
Memory : 4gb DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance Memory

Can I replace my motherboard with ATX and I want to also replace power supply to cx600 if its good enough

Yes, ATX motherboards are compatible with the case. Why do you want to go for 600 W PSU?

If the case supports a ATX motherboard then get it. But there is no point,the micro ATX will perform as good. But it may not allow SLI or Crossfire.

If the power supply, you can replace it if it removable. But I would encourage you to stay away from tier 3. Try tier 1 or 2. Here's the list to assist you out.

because I bought already pre build pc and it came with 500w and i think that psu is cheap and bad

The Corsair CX series will fulfill your requirement unless you do any overclocking or use the system at continuous high loads. If you don't want to keep an eye on the PSU for a long time, get a unit from Tier 1, Tier 2 - Class A, Tier 2- Class 3 from PSU UNIT TIER LIST
