About to buy a gaming monitor

First things first let it be known i am a noob. I am going to buy a monitor mostly for gaming.

I want a 2ms response time (GTG) and 4/5 ms response time (BWB)
I want the monitor to be 19" to 22"
I for sure want it to have DVI.
Most likely I want it to have Red/White/Yellow RCA Component Hookups so I can hook up my xbox 360 to it.
I want it IDEALLY to have an 8 bit panel so it can display true 16 million + colors.

If anyone has any suggestions I would certainly appreciate this. Right now I am looking at a few that are quite pricey; not sure how much I want to spend right now, but I do have money.

The problem with your statement is the combination of 2ms and 8 bit. Almost all 8 bit panels right now are non TN. All 2ms panels I know of are TN. You'll have to decide between color accuracy and response time. I have a Dell Ultrasharp 2408WFP A01 revision (6ms), though, and I have to say, the response time is more than adequate. I would say anything under 6-8ms is more than enough, and realistically, even 12 is usually adequate. Look for color accuracy and static contrast ratio instead of response time - you'll get a better panel in the end.
