pick a good case too, looks cheap plastic to me
I won't do such small ssd, 250 is smallest I will get, 120 is too small to put any games on it for fast loading, I may add SSD later, but it is your call
hdd is good
Yes, they will work but not ideal.

Yes, they will work fine, but that PSU you're buying looks pretty bad and unreliable, I could recommend other ones if you told me your budget for PSU. Also, if you're not planning on increasing your RAM size in the future, buy two 4GB modules of the same RAM, in that way they will be much faster because they will work on dual channel then (they sell 2x4gb RAMs in one package).

Yes i do want to get another 8gb in the future, for the PSU im looking for one that comes with storage.. since my budget is 718euros for everything

adding 8 gb later may or may not work, with your budget, just get 2x4 gb. Sell and upgrade later on, 8 gb should be quite enough for several years.

Ryzen 1600, 18890 Dinar
B450 pro4, 11490 Dinar
2x4 gb 2666 ddr4, 12490 Dinar
Zotac 1060 3gb, 26990 Dinar
Seasonic SS-520GM2, 8790 Dinar
Thermaltake N21/25/26 casem ~5000 Dinar,
rest is for storage, that psu is junk in your list...

Power supplies that come with cases are almost invariably garbage. This one is not the exception. A competent power supply is the most important part of a build, it's more important than you getting a 1060 instead of a 1050ti, it's more important than you getting a 1600x instead of a Ryzen 1600/1500x/1400, and it's more important than you getting an SSD at all.
