About to upgrade my PC later this year, but first thing first I want to buy a graphic card first which is RTX 2060, if I were to put it to my old PC, does it support? thanks - sorry I'm newbie to this kind of things.

And if you kind enough, recomend me a mobo and cpu for my new PC, I don't think I can't afford such an overkill set-up tho. thanks again.

The 2060 would be a waste in that setup. FX platform is too weak. You need a new board , cpu and DDR4 memory.

No don't get a RTX 2060 for your setup. To upgrade with 2060 you need to upgrade the whole build
