[SOLVED] About to finalize, any suggestions before I pull the trigger?

Solution
i like ur system. For the coolers, depends on the price.Like there are some really expensive ones that perform like the ones that are 2x cheaper.Noctua NH-d15 is one of the best air coolers out there. Its tough to match it with a aio cooler.Acrtic Liquid Frezzer II is actually in the same price range and it performs really similary to the noctua one.

If your case can take 420/360 Radiators
(3x140 or 3x120)

Then this AIO cooler is better than Noctua for $70 more ($159)

The 280 one (2x140) also for $109 is slightly better than Noctua.

My case says it can take a max of 3x120 so is the 360 version of the artic cooler still going to deliver better performance if I can even find it in stock?

yes , here is a comparison

Even the 280 (2x140) is better

see this

But I really prefer you change the case and look for a case that can take the 420 one , 3x140

it is same price of 360 and better.

I found this for 110 I think it looks good. As for budget 110/120 is probably the top. For the case I linked is there a way to check whether it would hit the ram or something? Because it looks to be pretty good.

Wow , thats a huge discount ! nice find.

I never saw this case infront of me , but as it says in their site , it takes 420 Radiators on the top

I Think it is a good choice if you dont want to pay above $120

I dont know about the RAM ..cant tell

You need change nothing.
You were fortunate to snag a 3070.
It is a perfect fit for a 10700K.
Your case supports tall air coolers, and the NH-D15 is one of the best. It has fully the equivalent cooling capacity of a 240 aio. You need no more.
I do not like an aio in a full sized case unless you have a hotter processor and are looking for max overclocks.
The noctua will be easier to mount, be quieter, more reliable, cool equally well, include excellent paste(no value for kryonaut),
and... it will never leak.
The NH-D15s is equally good, and both come in black if that is an issue.

I like 140mm front intake fans.
They move a lot of air at lower rpm.
Noctua NF-P14s fans come in various rpm categories.
I would pick 1200 rpm.
If you want, you could go stronger and plan on running at reduced speed.

Cases are a personal thing. Buy a case with the looks you love.
I like the Meshify C.
Another case I like is the lian li lancool II mesh.
Here is a review:

PSU is excellent.

I have no opinion on Z490 based motherboards.
