About to order my first PC build for friend

Solution
if you pointed to the newegg site to show me the ddr4 2133/2400, it should be a typo

the ram when the mainboard has problems to determine the speed will set them to work at those speeds, so you have to set it right on bios

sometimes the bios will do all for you

about the not theme

i would change the ram just because i don't want ram with leds on my build but that is just personal preference

as i mentioned, personal preferenci i do like more msi or asus, the same reference but form them, not from asrock

the ssd, i never bought that brand, samsung or corsair, i have a kingston and works very well

the rest, in general terms is what i would buy if i had the budget for it

the only concenr here is if you plan to overclock both gpu...
why wouldn't work with the build?

corsair and other two are the more likely to work with a ryzen mainboard without bios updates

perhaps buy a 3200 ddr4, to get more speed and possible more overcloking headroom

those who don't buy corsair buys gskills, same type of kit but ddr4 3200

I was told the MOBO only goes to PC2400?

Also if any of these parts can be changed for something a little cheaper that won't sacrifice a lot of performance it would help me a lot. This is a little much for my budget.

Thanks.

told? by who?

are you referring to the mainboard specs or to someone who told you something?

visite the manufacturer website and check the mainboard specifications in terms of ram

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/

there it says this

AB350 Pro4
ASRock Super Alloy
Supports AMD Socket AM4 A-Series APUs (Bristol Ridge) and Ryzen Series CPUs (Summit Ridge)
Supports DDR4 3200+ (OC) (Ryzen CPU) / 2400 (A-series APU)
2 PCIe 3.0 x16, 4 PCIe 2.0 x1
AMD Quad CrossFireX™
Graphics Output:HDMI, DVI-D, D-Sub
7.1 CH HD Audio (Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec), ELNA Audio Caps
6 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2 (PCIe Gen3 x4), 1 M.2 (SATA3)
8 USB 3.0 (1 Type-C, 2 Front, 5 Rear)
Realtek Gigabit LAN

or they are lying you or there is a error in names

i personally don't like much asrock, i do prefer msi, but it also depends on your budget and if you are doing a themed white pc as seems to be the case here

'

I was told on a different forum the RAM would not work but if it works than I will get that RAM.

No theme this is a first build for my friend who wants it for gaming. If you had to change something to save a little money what would you change? Thanks for all your help btw

He said it states it here: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157761

so is he correct? dont wanna order wrong RAM

the only concenr here is if you plan to overclock both gpu and cpu, if you plan to do that, the 550 watts psu could be too small for that, to do it more confortable i would buy a 600 watts psu, that way it works colder and with less load than the 550 you listed
