About to put together my budget rig without the CPU

So far i have the case, Video card, power supply, motherboard, Ram stick (8GB Single stick) but the cpu i ordered hasn't arrived yet (it will be here on Tuesday, March 8) should i wait until the CPU arrives or put it together without it? (Note: I know, without the CPU, the computer won't start or boot)
(If anyone wants the specs of the rig i'm building just ask and i'll be more than glad to post the specs)

I would wait most people say it is better to wait until you have all the components ready. Also if you cant boot their is no real reason to start. Although that is just my personal opinion there is no real harm in just constructing it first.

Use the time to read the motherboard manual and get familiar with the case internal layout, 90% or more of first build problems are caused by a tiny little error in assembly.
Remember the six 'P' rule: Proper Preperation Prevents Pi** Poor Performance.
