About to start building - need a cable for DVD

Solution
It depends on the layout in your case. I found having 1 right angle to be helpful because otherwise it would stick out of the drive and push against the left side of my case. I like having a straight end for plugging into the motherboard. Don't get a cable that's too long. It'll be a mess trying to tuck away in your system and could mess up your airflow. Having an inch or two left can be helpful if you need to rearrange things. Also - I highly recommend cables with the locking clips. 6 - 12 inches should be sufficient in most cases, again though it depends on where your drive is in relation to the motherboard.
