If you want qos that works well you need to have an idea of what you want to do and then find the product that can do it.
A lot of devices can throttle an ip or interface. Very few devices have newer QoS qdisc. cake is the best qdisc for DSL and it's found on openwrt.

i tried openwrt on livebox 2.1 but didn"t work well and cause alot of problems thats why i need that router maybe he is good in qoS ,,

Be careful if you need the dsl modem in the router you are likely not going to be able to load third party firmware. There are issues with the drivers being distributed with a open source product. You can if you are really ambitious link your own image and include the drivers, it is just you can not then provide the image to someone else. It still may not be possible if it is not running the correct chipset and there is little if any interest in the third party firmware community of supporting any device that has a dsl modem in it. I have only seen a very limited number of discussions on how to link a router with a dsl modem.

I'd also not recommend messing with the combo modem unit. You can turn off it's wifi and nest the openwrt router below it.
