About Windows 8.1 (ASK)

I have 2 Windows installed in my PC.

1 in SSD and 1 in HDD. I have formatted the one in HDD and still everytime I turn the pc on I have to choose to enter from SSD or HDD.

Gotta choose volume 3 or 2, I want to delete the volume 2.

You prolly still have the SRP (system reserved partition) on the HDD which Windows is using in the boot process. Disconnect the cables from the HDD and see if the computer will still boot from the SSD.

You could also remove the HDD from the case but that would be even harder.
