If watching videos on YT in the default view, if you hover your pointer over the video there is a small symbol that (might) come up which says "Picture in picture". If you hit this button the video will go to a miniplayer type view, but also stays on top of all other windows or tabs.
Does anyone know what the system requirements are that allow this functionality?
I have two 11th gen systems with discrete graphics that this function works on with Edge or Chrome. I have an 8th gen laptop on integrated graphics that will do so. I have an 8th gen desktop that is also on integrated graphics, and it will not offer the option to do so.
