Above a 1:1 Ratio? CPU/RAM

I have an EVGA 680i board so this is entirely possible. My question is: If I had originally planned to OC to 400 FSB putting my ram at DDR2 800 and the e6600 at 3.6 Ghz, what would be a better ratio to get the most out of the ram?

This also brings up another question as well.

CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) - Are these still D9 IC's? Meh every other person seemingly has a DOA dimm

I wouldn't imagine this would be stable beyond 450mhz at most, would I be better off buying DDR2 1066 and overclocking even higher?

I guess if I am going to be spending this kind of money on ram, I want to make sure to run bleeding edge.

E6600 w/ Tuniq Tower, 2 GB DDR2-800, OCz GameX stream 700W, EVGA 8800GTX, EVGA 680i mobo, 320GB 7200.10 HDD

I don't really understand your question. That's a good place to start. You can try higher memory bus speeds and see if your app performance improves.
