Above advice didn't work to disable Outlook in Windows 7 Professional, Word 2013

I did try several of the suggestions already given to disable only Outlook but not the rest of the Office Suite. Nothing worked!

Can't see the "above advice", however in control panel, programs and features, you should be able to right click on Microsoft office and select change. This should allow you to add or uninstall the features you want. At least that is how the version I have works.
