Hello everyone,
I obtained my current pre-built PC in January, and it has recently developed some game crashing issues. For low-load games like Fall Guys and Empire of Sin, it runs perfectly fine. However, when playing high-load games like Escape from Tarkov, The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan, or even Fortnite, the game crashes multiple times in a few hours. However, the bigger issue is that sometimes the screen will go to black and the audio will hard stutter, but the PC still seems to be running in which it needs to go through a hard shutdown.
Any advice would be appreciated, additional information can be provided.
