for those three games then maybe an i5 kaby lake will be sufficient.

i5 7600 or i5 7600k. those are about 210 to 240 USD.

for 1080p those cpu are sufficient. you can buy i7 7700k like suggested above but that's overkill. for 330. In my opinion that's 100 dollars wasted where you can use it for graphic card budget.

yes we need to know what kind of games you are playing now and what kind of games you plan to play. at what quality (playable and what's okay or playable with all eye candy on? what resolution do you want to play at 720p? 1080p? 4k?)

we also need to know by dollars you mean american dollars? canadian dollars? australian dollars? new taiwanese dollars?
