The GTX 1050 doesn't need a power connector and the motherboard supports up to 8GB DDR3 1333MHZ.
This build draws in total 248Watts under load so you have te space to overclock the GPU and maybe the CPU.
I hope i helped you.
If you want used parts just ask me.

I have a prebuilt Hp compaq 6200 Pro mt , but it doesnt have a videocard , and nothing seems to work in that
-old Bios that cant be updated
-Not much room
-No 6pin connector/cant upgrade PSU
-Limited Availbility of Older card/Power efficient -non 6pin LowProfile

Here's one with New parts for just over $300

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - A320M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($49.00 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL - EVO POTENZA 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($79.05 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 250GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($17.99 @ Amazon)
Case: DIYPC - Solo-T1-R ATX Mid Tower Case ($30.97 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec - Basiq 350W ATX Power Supply ($28.72 @ Amazon)

Total: $305.72
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Here's one with used parts:

$64 - I5 2500k
$38 - 8GB Samsung DDR3 1600mhz
$69 - Gigabyte Z68 mobo
$40 - HIS HD 7770
$24 - Western Digital - RE3 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
$38 - Antec - EarthWatts Green 380W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
$25 - Cougar - MX330 ATX Mid Tower Case

$298 total

Older CPU's & motherboards that are still viable typically cost as much as an equivalent new CPU & motherboard, but you will save money on memory. DDR3 can be had for much cheaper than DDR4 right now. This machine is a more powerful gaming machine than the one above, but the one above has a bigger upgrade path. Cheers!

if only I could find something I knew was working in a Hp Compaq 6200 pro MT it would make it even more simple , like a 1050 But im not sure it works
because the Prebuild is overall decent
i5 2400 @ 3.1
1155 Board BTX
4gb of ram ddr3 1333mhz ( i may have another 4gb of it laying around in an old system)
320w Psu with no 6pin connector
and Iunno Ive seen somewhere that this Bios cant work with newer card

Cooler is fine, just clean the pc from the dust and re-apply the thermal paste on the CPU.
I've had the same PC and the same cooler but a older core 2 quad q6600 3GHZ 95W version and it runs while gaming at 72C degrees max.
Your i5 is newer and has lower Vcore so it runs while gaming 60-70C degrees, which it is fine.
The i5 2400 max temps are 90C degrees.
