Ac 4 Black Flag is still running slowly.

20-30 fps at high
20-30 fps at ultra
30+ fps on normal
30+ fps on low
30+ fps on very low

My specs are:

AMD A8-5600K APU
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti
4 Gb ram
500 GB HDD

It's gone faster, but whenever I go to an island like Tulum, the fps goes down to about 20+ fps.

You should. I saw a huge jump in framerate when I brought my 8350 from 4GHz to 4.5GHz. The game is so terribly optimized though, you'll be lucky to get it at a steady 60fps. I'm rocking a GTX780 along with my 8350 and barely manage it in some spots at 1080p.
