Question AC adapter for my laptop buzzing Dell Precision M6700

I just bought a used: Dell Precision M6700 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i7-3740QM 2.70GHz.

What is the exact wattage / type of AC power adapter required?

I bought a 210W AC adapter (https://www.ebay.com/itm/DELL-GENUI...recision-M6400-M6500-M6700-PA-7E/302677733091)

But it makes a minor buzzing sound during laptop usage (in the bios). I have not used the laptop besides entering the bios yet.

Does this mean 210W is not enough? Where can I find offical dell documenation for what AC adapter model is required for my laptop?

Says 240W adapter for the M6700. So looks like my 210W is not giving enough power, which is causing the buzzing sound?

Im seeing a lot of "Flextronics" AC adapters on Ebay for the 240W M6700 laptop. What is Flextronics? Are these genuine adapters? Sellers have pictures of 3 different adapters.
